Kathleen Marchionda is the Lead Vascular Ultrasound Technologist at Vista Veins, bringing more than 19 years of experience and a genuine passion for caring for patients. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Kathleen has spent her career working alongside physicians in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and interventional cardiology.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has served as a vascular laboratory director, mentored and trained vascular ultrasound students, and helped build two peripheral vascular labs from the ground up. She has trained extensively in the evaluation and treatment of venous insufficiency, giving her a depth of experience in venous ultrasound, procedural planning, and image-guided vein care.
At Vista Veins, Kathleen combines her technical expertise with a warm and reassuring approach. She takes the time to help patients feel comfortable, understand what to expect, and feel genuinely cared for throughout their vein care journey.
