Dr. Kathleen Latouf

Dr. Kathleen Latouf brings more than 20 years of clinical experience and physician leadership to Vista Veins. Her connection to Western Pennsylvania runs deep. Raised in a family with roots in Pittsburgh’s South Hills, she grew up with a tradition of service—her great-grandfather served with the City of Pittsburgh Police, while her mother and grandmother dedicated their careers to nursing at UPMC Presbyterian and St. Clair Hospitals.

Dr. Latouf attended the University of Pittsburgh and earned her master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, graduating with highest distinction. She completed medical school and residency training in Chicago before returning to Western Pennsylvania to build her career and raise her family.

Throughout her career, Dr. Latouf has held some of the region’s most respected physician leadership roles, including Chief Medical Officer, Medical Staff President, and Regional Quality Director overseeing quality initiatives across 18 Emergency Departments throughout western Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, her hospital earned national recognition for excellence in quality, safety, and patient experience, including a CMS 5-Star Rating and consecutive Leapfrog “A” safety grades.

She founded Vista Veins to bring that same commitment to excellence to a more personal setting—combining advanced, minimally invasive vein treatments with thoughtful, individualized care.
